Pricing
$10/mo
+ $5 per captured lead
The monthly fee keeps your number and your receptionist live. Everything else is only owed when the receptionist actually gets you something you can act on.

What counts as a lead
Exactly three things. If the receptionist gets all three from the caller, that's $5. If it doesn't, the call is free — however long it lasted.
- Their name Required
- A callback number Required
- What's wrong Required
- The service address Captured, not billed
We ask for the address on every call and pass it on when we get it, but a lead without one is still a lead you can work, so it isn't what decides the charge.
What you're never charged for
- Wrong numbers Free
- Hang-ups and silence Free
- Sales and robocalls Free
- Calls where it couldn't get the details Free
- Calls you answered yourself Free
They still show up in your dashboard with the recording, so you can hear what happened. You just aren't billed for them.
A month, worked through
Say twenty calls reach your receptionist. A realistic month looks like this.
- Monthly fee $10
- 14 calls with full details $70
- 4 hang-ups and wrong numbers $0
- 2 calls it couldn't get details from $0
- Total $80
Fourteen leads for eighty dollars. Whether that's a good trade depends on what one job is worth to you — the calculator on the homepage uses your own numbers.
Billing questions
- When am I charged?
- Once a month, for the month just gone, a day after it ends. That day is slack for any call that came in late. Your dashboard shows the running total as it builds, so nothing on the bill is a surprise.
- When does a month start?
- The day your number goes live, not the 1st. If that's the 14th, every month runs 14th to 14th, at midnight in your timezone — a few days of service never costs a whole month. Your dashboard names the exact dates it's counting.
- Is there a minimum, or a contract?
- Neither. A quiet month costs you the $10 and nothing else, and you can switch the forwarding code off any time you like.
- What if a lead is junk?
- If the receptionist got a name, a number and a problem, it's billed — we can't tell a tyre-kicker from a burst pipe. Every call has its recording in your dashboard, so tell us when we've got one wrong.
